There's no time in human history when it was easier to say what we feel and how we feel than today!
Social media makes it easy for us to say almost anything anywhere to anyone, irrespective of where the person is in the world. This freedom however doesn't shield us from the consequences of our words.
The freedom of expression which social media affords us has not diminished the power of the tongue (which carries life and death and consequently gives a live or deadly reward to it's user). If anything, social media actually amplifies it.
Words are seeds. And just like seeds, words are pregnant with the future. Every harvest is the future of a seed. You can tell the future of a man by the words he consistently utters. Once spoken, words take root and eventually bring us a harvest, whether or not we are conscious of the good or evil nature of such a harvest.
I often hear people make statements such as, "Please leave me, let me say my mind" There's an appropriate response from the wise for such people... *"A fool uttereth all his mind: but a wise man keepeth it in till afterwards."*

Some people also say things like, "Na me get my mouth. I can say anything I want" In response to that, it is important to know that "Words are free. It's how you use them that may cost you." - KushandWizdom. It is more important than ever that we weigh our words carefully before we drop them on the trading floors of human interaction, considering the fact that everything we share online is archived and can be retrieved to be used as a weapon against us someday (whether we delete it from our end or not)... ...continued in the comments section below👇
